Refunds & Returns

At Thrift Society, we sell curated second-hand clothing. Due to the nature of thrifted items, all sales are final, except where required by Indian law.

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Size or fit issues
• Style or color preferences
• Minor signs of wear consistent with second-hand clothing

Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

• The item received is significantly different from the product description
• The item is damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was sent

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Condition of Items

If a return is requested, the item must be in the same condition as received. Items showing additional wear or use will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our part

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Second-Hand Disclaimer

All products sold by Thrift Society are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Minor imperfections, fading, or signs of wear are natural characteristics of thrifted clothing and are not considered defects.
